Heavy Equipment Operator, Annapolis, MD

Stuart Contractors LLC is expanding and currently looking to add an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to our team.

This full-time role offers hourly pay between $24–$28, depending on experience and skill level. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid travel, and opportunities for overtime and advancement. Position Overview:
- Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (depending on jobsite)
- Opportunity for overtime hours
- Operate a range of equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and dozers
- Support daily site operations such as grading, digging, and moving materials
- Assist crews as needed to keep projects running efficiently

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years operating heavy equipment
- Proficiency with excavators
- Dependable transportation
- Civil/site work experience is a plus
