Start Summer 2026 by shaping the future of community-based psychiatric rehabilitation. Advocate Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Program Director to oversee our CARF-accredited PRP-A services across Central Maryland.Â

As Program Director, you’ll guide a dedicated team delivering rehabilitative interventions that help adults living with serious mental illness achieve independence and stability.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
- Provide operational and clinical oversight for PRP services in alignment with COMAR 10.63 and Medicaid standards
- Supervise Rehabilitation Specialists and field teams to ensure documentation accuracy andtimelyIRP updates
- Drive quality assurance, compliance audits, and staff training initiatives
- Collaborate with community partners, prescribers, and therapists tomaintaincontinuity of care
- Lead program growth strategies and maintain CARF accreditation standards
QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a behavioral health-related field (Master’s preferred)
- CPRP, LCPC, or LCSW-C certification/licensure required
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in PRP or similar behavioral health programs
- Strong knowledge of COMAR 10.63 regulations and Medicaid documentation requirements
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
