What You’ll Do Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across the community. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues quickly and effectively. Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. Support a safe environment by identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action. Collaborate with team members to complete projects and maintain high operational standards. QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table Valid PA Driver’s License Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state/local regulations) 2 to 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in residential, healthcare, or senior living environments Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair A proactive, detail-oriented approach to maintenance and safety Ability to respond to issues with urgency and professionalism Commitment to quality work and a team-focused mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with team members and residents. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is essential for safety, documentation, and clear instruction. Strict adherence to universal precautions, including the proper use of personal protective equipment, is required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and complete the physical components of the position, including walking/standing for the majority of your shift.
