WE'RE HIRING: Field Laborer —Â
Trinity Environmental Group, LLC is growing, and we're looking for hard-working people to join our crews. No experience required — just show up ready to work and willing to learn.
What You'll Do:
- Install silt fence, erosion/sediment control, and rock gabions
- Maintain job sites (sweeping, dust control, pressure washing)
- Assist with hydroseeding and site restoration
- Operate pumps for water management
- Support equipment operators and crews
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, 12+ hours/day
What You Need:
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license + reliable transportation to our Abilene yard
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (non-negotiable)
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs unassisted
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
What You Get:
- $19/hour starting, weekly pay
- Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hrs/week
- Company trucks for work use
- Per diem + paid hotels for out-of-town jobs
- Continued education reimbursement

- Some travel is requiredÂ
Note: This is a FIELD LABOR position. Equipment operation experience is a plus, but we are NOT hiring operators at this time.
