 Pay: $22.00–$27.00/hour
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you passionate about strengthening families and making a lasting impact in your community? Tresco, Inc. is seeking a Family Outreach Specialist who’s ready to walk alongside families after they’ve completed Children Youth and Family Department (CYFD) services—helping them thrive with dignity, support, and hope.

 What You’ll Do:

Conduct family outreach visits in homes to maintain continuity of care

Provide parent education and psychoeducation opportunities

Coordinate services with Tresco Children Services and community partners

Address real-life barriers to treatment like lack of transportation, employment, or communication tools

Assist medically involved and environmentally at-risk families

Link families with legal and community resources

Serve as a trusted consultant for TOTS Family Service Coordinators, Day One Home Visitors, and other service providers

Maintain accurate documentation for all billable services to ensure revenue flow

 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED + experience in early childhood or family support

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree + relevant experience

Required: Valid Driver’s License & ability to pass a background check and driving record screening

Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively

Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism

Ability to obtain and maintain NACI clearance
