Essential Job Duties:
(Other duties will be assigned as needed) Must be willing and able to do the following:
Human Resources
· Ability to direct and provide information to employees as needed.
· Update and create company policies and forms.
· Assist managers in reviewing employee files where needed.
· Oversees the onboarding process for all new hires.
· Conduct new hire orientation.
· Maintain internal records for new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
· Ensure HR Compliance with all city, state and federal regulations.

Administrative Duties:
· Enter resident charges and credits in Yardi system
· Assist with the monthly statements to residents
· Assist with creating new hire files as well as filling paperwork as needed within the department
· Assist with creating resident files as well as filing paperwork as needed within the department
· Assist with payroll as needed such as entering training hours in the payroll system

Requirements
PHR/SHRM Certification preferred but not required
Proficiency in Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management
Two years’ experience in the HR field
Two years’ experience in customer service
OR any similar combination of education and experience
