Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a stable career with a growing manufacturer that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement?

At Fischer Paper Products, we're committed to producing high-quality food-safe paper products while investing in our employees' growth and success. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician IIl to support our overnight manufacturing operations and help keep our equipment running at peak performance.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
8:10 PM – 6:30 AM
Fridays as needed based on business demands

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting production by:

✅ Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
✅ Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
✅ Diagnosing equipment issues and reducing downtime through effective problem-solving
✅ Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
✅ Assisting with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
✅ Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work orders
✅ Supporting facility, utility, and building maintenance needs
✅ Following all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements
✅ Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards
✅ Collaborating with production teams to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance

What We're Looking For

✔️ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
✔️ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
✔️ Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred
✔️ Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
✔️ Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
✔️ Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
