The Production Packer is responsible for efficiently packing bags into boxes as they are produced and ensuring all quality standards are met or exceeded — delivering safe, cost-effective, and high-quality products to our customers. You’ll collaborate with team members to help drive efficiency on the production floor.

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and Friday as needed. 

• Night Shift: 8:10 PM – 6:30 AM

• No weekends!

What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred)

• Strong dedication to consistent attendance and reliability

• Willingness to follow food safety and manufacturing protocol

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
