About the Role:
As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

  • Track client progress and record accurate session notes

  • Engage with children in fun, educational activities to foster growth and learning

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm

Qualifications:

  • RBT Certification
