The Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of sign projects, from initial client engagement to final production. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that signs are designed accurately, produced to specifications, and delivered on time. A Project Manager will typically oversee 20-30 large-scale and 10-15 smaller scale projects concurrently, each involving a complex sign system (typically consisting of 850 signs) at various stages of completion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the entire project process, ensuring consistency, quality, and successful outcomes from start to finish

·         Prioritize and manage project tasks to ensure on-time completion using the maineline operating system

·         Review and correct materials for accuracy, compliance, and quality

·         Schedule projects effectively to meet both client and internal deadlines while optimizing resource usage

·         Proactively identify risks and issues, communicate solutions early, and adjust strategies as needed

·         Lead stakeholders with confidence, maintaining clear, direct communication throughout the project lifecycle

·         Convey a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach to challenges

·         Work independently with precision, while adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

·         Focus on operational efficiency, aligning teams and resources toward achieving shared goals

·         Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external teams, understanding different communication styles to achieve the best results

·         Understand and manage contract execution, AIA G702/G703 documents and the reconciliation processes

·         Read, interpret and apply architectural plans and sign location maps

·         Take full ownership of project success through self-management and accountability

·         Demonstrate proficiency in professional business writing and phone communication
