Job Summary:
 The Food Service Technician is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and preparing food service equipment for events. This role ensures all equipment meets hygiene standards, assists in setup and breakdown, and follows safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain food service equipment.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing food service supplies.
• Follow company guidelines for food safety and hygiene.
• Prepare equipment for event use, ensuring proper functionality.
• Report any equipment issues or damage to supervisors.
• Assist in food service setup and breakdown at events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or catering preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Job Performance Standards:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service operations.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of equipment.
• Follow safety and operational protocols consistently.
• Work efficiently to meet event deadlines.
• Properly handle and store all food service equipment.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and event locations with exposure to cleaning agents and kitchen equipment.
• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting required.
