Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking dependable and enthusiastic educators who thrive in dynamic environments. As a Floater Teacher, you’ll bring your positive energy and passion for early childhood education to classrooms across different age groups—making a lasting impact wherever you go.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Learning: Step into classrooms to assist or lead as needed, ensuring smooth daily routines.
- Build Bonds: Create warm, supportive connections with children and families.
- Encourage Growth: Help maintain a nurturing, engaging, and joyful environment for all learners.
What You Bring:
- Age: 18 or older
- Education: College coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Experience: At least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid
- Extras: NC Qualifying Letter preferred
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
