Compensation

$18–$20 per hour, based on education and experience

What You’ll Do

Lead a classroom using developmentally appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment
Build positive relationships with children and families
Communicate with families using our parent app
Observe, assess, and support each child’s development
Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
Participate in conferences and collaborate with leadership

✅ What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree and relevant experience OR completion of EDU 119/early childhood education credentials and two years of experience in a licensed childcare center
Ability to pass required background checks
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for teaching
