Drive a clean, well-maintained company vehicle to appointments.⚙️ What You’ll Do
- Perform service calls to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems
- Install, maintain, and replace fixtures, fans, EV chargers, and panels
- Run new circuits and perform system upgrades as needed
- Provide customers with clear explanations of work performed and recommendations
- Use ServiceTitan to manage estimates, invoices, and notes
- Maintain your company van and tools with care and professionalism
- Deliver a 5-star experience to every customer, every time
- Have 4+ years of residential electrical experience
- Are comfortable troubleshooting and solving problems independently
- Take pride in neat, efficient, and code-compliant work
- Enjoy connecting with homeowners and building trust
- Value teamwork, integrity, and growth
- Are familiar with ServiceTitan (or open to learning quickly)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid NC driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing electrical work safely
- Annual earnings between $50,000-$120,000+ based on skill and performance
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- Profit-sharing and advancement opportunities into leadership roles (Service Manager, Install Manager, General Manager)
