Pay Rate: 

$18.00 per hour

 

Category/Shift: 

Hourly Full-Time (Monday through Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm)

  • The Job You Will Perform: 

  • ï‚· Follow all plant health and safety standards including wearing proper PPE
    ï‚· Assist Operator and other team members in setting up machine to prepare for running of orders
    ï‚· Setup board in feeding section
    ï‚· Setting feed sections up
    ï‚· Feeding raw material into converting machines
    ï‚· Stacking finished product onto conveyor lines
    ï‚· Feeding converted materials through bundlers
    ï‚· Preparing bottom pads and side pads for stacking
    ï‚· Perform all quality checks and alert Operator of any non-conformities
    ï‚· Monitor quality of incoming stock and finished product during runs
    ï‚· Perform end of shift cleanups

 

The Skills You Will Bring: 

  • ï‚· Must follow all plant rules including wearing of PPE at all times
    ï‚· Basic reasoning, mathematical, reading, and maintenance skills
    ï‚· Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
    ï‚· Able to use basic hand tools
    ï‚· Must be dependable and report to work on-time for start of shift when scheduled and overtime
    as needed
    ï‚· Corrugated experience preferred, but not required
    ï‚· Experience with folder gluers preferred but not required
    ï‚· Must be able to read and understand work orders
    ï‚· Communicate to team members about non-conformities
    ï‚· Communicate to supervisors about health and safety issues
