Peak Paws Advanced Veterinary Hospital is a locally owned, 24/7 veterinary practice providing emergency and rehabilitation care for pets. We are committed to work-life balance, offering schedules that allow team members to prioritize family, social, and academic commitments. Full-time staff work 4 days per week (36 hours) with schedules posted at least one month in advance, and paid time off accrues continuously. Comprehensive benefits begin on day one.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming experienceÂ
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with client concerns and questions, and coordinate with referral doctors and the local veterinary communityÂ
- Provide clear, compassionate information about pets’ visitsÂ
- Assist with check-out and payment optionsÂ
- Support the veterinary team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.Â
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Previous experience in veterinary reception, client service, or customer support preferred but not required.Â
- Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing veterinary support role.Â
