What You'll Do

As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you'll be an important part of our agency by providing outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to help customers improve their insurance protection.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist new and existing customers by phone, email, and in person.
Build strong relationships through friendly, responsive, and professional service.
Answer customer questions and assist with policy changes, billing, renewals, and general account support.
Learn about Farmers Insurance products and recommend coverage solutions based on customer needs.
Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing customers.
Identify cross-selling opportunities that provide additional value and protection.
Generate quotes and educate customers about available coverage options and discounts.
Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve agency service and growth goals.
