Location: Must live within 15 miles of Apple Valley, Lakeville, or Burnsville
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility)
Starting Pay: $18.20-21.84/hour (commensurate with experience)

 Position Overview: Day Service Specialist

As a Day Service Specialist, you’ll develop and implement community-based, person-centered day service plans. You’ll build strong relationships with the individuals you support, while also engaging with their teams and the broader community.

 What You’ll Do:

• Plan and coordinate individualized community activities to promote independence and social interaction.
• Provide direct support to clients, including personal care, medication administration, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Document daily progress and services provided.
• Transport clients using a company-provided vehicle.
• Engage in community outreach and utilize technology to support your work.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a supportive team.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Compassion and sensitivity to individuals with disabilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computer-based office software
• Must live within 15 miles of the service area
• Valid driver’s license and space for overnight parking of company vehicle
• Home workspace with reliable internet and privacy
• Must pass a Department of Human Services background study
