The Physical Therapist position is open in our Apple Valley location and surrounding areas. This is a per diem position during our day shift.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
路 Current PT license in State of CA
路 Minimum two years of experience in a clinical setting
Physical Therapist Duties Include:
路 Implements current physical therapy practice聽
路 Develops a plan of care based on the patient鈥檚 medical needs and discusses with the Case Manager
路 Revises plan as necessary for appropriate utilization of services and discusses changes with members of the interdisciplinary team
