About the Role The Data & Impact Manager serves as the organization's lead strategist and analyst for data, performance measurement, and impact evaluation. This role is responsible for transforming organizational, programmatic, workforce, and community data into actionable insights that guide decision-making, strengthen outcomes, and advance strategic priorities. As the primary steward of organizational data, the Data & Impact Manager oversees dashboards, reporting systems, data governance practices, and impact measurement efforts. Working closely with leaders across the organization, this position helps identify trends, monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, and foster a culture where data is used as a tool for learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. In addition to leading analytics and reporting efforts, the Data & Impact Manager supervises the Data Coordinator, supports strategic planning and resource development initiatives, and builds organizational capacity for effective data use. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the organization can clearly demonstrate its impact, make informed decisions, and continuously improve service to youth, families, and communities. In this role, you will: Lead organizational data analytics, performance measurement, and impact evaluation efforts across programs, operations, workforce, and community initiatives. Develop, manage, and continuously improve dashboards, scorecards, reports, and business intelligence tools using Power BI and other data platforms. Translate complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and visualizations for organizational leaders, the Board of Directors, funders, and other stakeholders. Establish and maintain key performance indicators that measure progress toward strategic priorities and organizational goals. Ensure organizational data remains accurate, secure, accessible, and aligned with data governance and quality standards. Support strategic planning, continuous improvement, and organizational learning through data-informed analysis and decision-making. Increase data literacy across the organization by providing training, guidance, and support on reporting tools, dashboards, and performance measures. Partner with department leaders to strengthen data collection practices, evaluate effectiveness, and improve outcomes. Supervise and develop the Data Coordinator while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support grant reporting, fundraising, donor stewardship, and organizational communications by demonstrating impact through compelling data and outcomes.   QualificationsWhy Join Us? Who We’re Looking For A mission-driven, analytical professional who thrives on turning data into meaningful action and who brings: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Research Methods, or a related field. Three to five years of experience in data analysis, performance measurement, reporting, or impact evaluation. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Access, Power BI, Excel, and other data management and business intelligence systems. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience building collaborative relationships and supporting organizational learning and continuous improvement.
