Are you someone who enjoys variety, staying active, and working with your hands? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Fabrication Shop Utility team member to support our fabrication department with material handling, equipment operation, and day-to-day shop operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their skills and cross-train in a fabrication environment.

✨ What You'll Do:

Support day-to-day operations throughout the fabrication shop
Perform sandblasting and material handling duties
Assist with shipping & receiving activities
Operate saws to cut material to the correct length
Assist with Waterjet operations and equipment maintenance
Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
Operate heat treatment equipment
Cross-train in Waterjet and/or Welding
Follow all 6S, quality, and safety procedures

✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
Forklift experience is a plus
Comfortable using a tape measure and hand tools
Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
⚡ Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Blueprint reading experience is a bonus
