Position: Marketing & Design Coordinator Location: 160 S. Badger Ave., Appleton Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00/8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility for lunch break What You’ll Do: Create engaging, audience-specific content to drive engagement through digital media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, our website, and others Maintain and update website content and functionality Design a wide variety of marketing and branding materials related to Youth Development and Youth & Family Services programs Create social graphics, web graphics, and other digital materials Coordinate and execute photography needs for the organization Capture video footage through interviews and b-roll footage and produce high quality videos Ensure consistency with the Club’s brand standards Collaboratively draft content for marketing and design materials and bring comprehensive marketing plans to life through design Create fundraising related designs for reports, donor materials, newsletters, and fundraising campaigns Provide design support for third-party events and fundraisers Assist with special event preparation and execution Pay & Benefits: Starting pay of $19.75-$25.50/hour, depending upon experience Health, dental, vision, long-term disability insurance coverages 401(k) retirement plan with company-sponsored match Comprehensive array of paid leave programs to support your work-life balance, including vacation, sick/personal, parental, and bereavement leaves After initial onboarding, there is potential for 4/1 hybrid work schedule with one day per week remote See what our employees have said about their experience at the Club! https://youtu.be/RO0YDXG8wk0 QualificationsWhat We’re Looking for: Associate’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field A minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or design experience Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) Advanced understanding and knowledge of how to build, maintain, and manage WordPress websites Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
