Key Opportunities:

  • Deliver high quality, individualized occupational therapy care for upper quadrant conditions. 
  • Treat the root cause rather than just the symptoms
  • Onsite collaboration with orthopedic surgeons 
  • Typical Caseload includes:
    • Post-operative and conservative hand/shoulder diagnoses. 
    • 1:1 patient scheduling with therapist driven appointment times 
      • Ranging from 40-60 minutes – no double booking! 
      • Time to think, treat, and connect


Mentorship that actually mentors:

  • Outstanding 1:1 mentorship program with nationally and locally recognized clinicians
  • Support towards CHT certification if desired
  •  Learn by working alongside 13 CHT-trained clinicians 
    • Average tenure of 11 years

Qualifications:

  • Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as an Occupational Therapist 
  • Outpatient ortho experience preferred (but not required)
  • New grads are welcome to apply
