Position Summary

Provident, LLC is seeking a results‑driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day‑to‑day business operations. This role is responsible for improving operational processes, managing cross‑functional teams, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, profitability, and growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Lead, coach, and support operations staff, fostering accountability and a high‑performance culture
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for leadership on operational results
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity and cost control
  • Coordinate with leadership, finance, HR, and other departments to align operations with business goals
  • Oversee vendor relationships, purchasing, inventory, and/or facilities as applicable
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning initiatives
  • Lead or support special projects related to growth, system improvements, or organizational change 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with business software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) preferred
