Job Requirements:

Minimum Associate’s degree or 3-5 years’ experience

Proficient with computers, ability to create, process and analyze data in Microsoft Word and Excel

Previous Experience working in ERP software, and HRMS

Ability to work Rotating Shifts

High level of problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Champion a safe and friendly environment for all Team Members
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed, and use corrective action when necessary in regard to Safety, work rules, attendance and other violations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and effectively communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness for this position.
  • Schedule Team Members and orders to proper machines to ensure efficiency
  • Recognize good performance and acknowledge Team Members.
  • Participate and facilitate communication meetings with Team Members pertaining to safety, toolbox discussions, daily production walks, preventative maintenance meetings and monthly Crew Leader meetings.
  • Communicate between departments on customer orders.
  • Ensure production floor feedback is accurately recorded in Kiwi system.
  • Write up, and/or approve maintenance work orders.
  • Respond, record, and investigate accidents and administer first aid.
  • Supply tooling and resources to Team Members and machines.
  • Provides direction and leadership to Team Members in all departments as needed.
  • Additional Tasks as requiredĀ 

Compensation:

Salary is negotiable based on education and experience.

Schedule:

3 shift rotation: 3rd(10:30p-6:30a), 2nd (2:30p-10:30p) 1st (6:30am-2:30pm), some weekend hours required
