The Sales Associate Key is capable of creating a selling culture where all associates align around the needs of our customers. They possess a customer-centric mentality and understand the importance of creating exceptional customer experiences. The role involves creating, building and cultivating relationships, achieving goals both individually and as a team member, and working cooperatively in a diverse environment. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting management to build store business, servicing multiple customers simultaneously, staying aware of fashion trends, using product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items, maintaining positive working relationships, communicating store information to management, achieving sales and service metrics, supporting operational excellence including inventory management, planning and prioritizing tasks, occasionally leading or supervising others, and opening or closing the store. The position requires physical activity such as climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
