Key Opportunities:

Deliver high quality, individualized physical therapy care for upper quadrant conditions.
Treat the root cause rather than just the symptoms
Onsite collaboration with orthopedic surgeons
Typical Caseload includes:
- Post-operative and conservative hand/shoulder diagnoses.
- 1:1 patient scheduling with therapist driven appointment times
  - Ranging from 40-60 minutes – no double booking!
  - Time to think, treat, and connect
- Opportunity to expand treatment to other areas of the body

Mentorship that actually mentors:

Outstanding 1:1 mentorship program with nationally and locally recognized clinicians
Support towards CHT certification if desired
Learn by working alongside 13 CHT-trained clinicians
- Average tenure of 11 years
Generous yearly continuing education allowance towards hosted courses and external training or conferences.
Paid license renewal and professional dues

Qualifications:

Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered, flexible schedule
Outpatient ortho experience preferred (but not required)
New grads are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
