MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Enrollment in College or Technical College. - Electrical Engineering or related program
Travel: 10%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists our Cx (Commissioning) Specialists, Q/Cx (Quality/Commissioning) Coordinator, and our field Q/Cx teams with their tasks.
- Assists with checklist management system implementation.
- Adds information to the project folders (templates and ensures all forms are available to project team).
- Reviews project specifications, captures Q/Cx activities and enters into the project tracker.
- Populates QMS (Quality Management System) database with equipment specific information from drawing set.
- Enters data (project information, contacts, employees, draw, specifications, location, etc.) into QMS.
- Coordinates checklist management system efforts. Imports templates. Provides status reports based on activity, communicates dashboard, and informs others.
- Maintains updates to issue tracking system. Provides status reports based on activity, communicates dashboard, and informs others.
- Coordinates wire and equipment labeling order requests.
- Coordinates equipment log information.
- Coordinates capture of feeder length.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
