No experience is necessary!

Starting at $21.84/hour with an opportunity to earn up to $24.00 within 3-6 months

*12-hour shifts with no mandatory overtime

*2/2/3 schedule with double time pay on Sundays

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Production Associate, you can expect a safe and secure working environment. This role’s responsibilities entail packaging, palatizing and quality inspections while working within a team environment. 

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Work in a department and train on multiple machines.
• Package product into designated cartons.
•  Inspect product for quality assurance.
• Palatize finished product.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

We need you to have:

• Ability to work independently.
• Like working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team orientation.
• Positive attitude.
• Enjoy repetitive work.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Ability to work with one or both hands.
• Ability to do clerical work up to full production requirements.

Icing on the cake:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
