The Role – Warehouse Clerk
The Warehouse Clerk supports Construction and Manufacturing Operations by accurately receiving, organizing, tracking, issuing, and replenishing materials, and inventory. This role ensures crews and production personnel have the right materials at the right time while maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and safety standards.

What You'll Do
Receiving & Inventory Control
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Process receipts accurately within the Receiving systems.
- Label and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
Material Fulfillment
- Pick, stage, and distribute materials for construction projects & manufacturing work orders.
- Process internal material requests accurately and efficiently.
- Support jobsite deliveries and material transfers between facilities.
- Coordinate urgent material requirements with project teams.
Warehouse Organization
- Maintain clean, organized, and clearly identified storage locations.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse layouts and inventory locations.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage practices.
- Assist with annual physical inventory counts.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements.
- Maintain a safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in safety meetings and training.
- Report hazards and safety concerns immediately.

Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction history.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and material flow.
- Ensure smooth movement of materials from receiving through issuance so construction and manufacturing operations are never delayed by material shortages.

What You Bring (Required Experience)
- 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material management experience
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
- Experience using inventory management, or warehouse systems
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to lift, organize, and move warehouse materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to work effectively with field operations and manufacturing personnel

- Electrical construction industry experience
- Manufacturing inventory experience
- Forklift certification
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
- Technical understanding of electrical materials and components
- Experience in Warehouse ERP management systems
