What You'll Do

  • Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients.

  • Coordinate scheduling and support treatment acceptance.

  • Welcome patients, answer phones, collect payments, and assist with front office operations.

  • Verify insurance, maintain patient records, and complete administrative tasks.

  • Support the Office Manager with daily operations and practice initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
