At Adams Group, you don't just have a career—you have a legacy.  Our Core Values  At Adams Group, we live by five core values that guide everything we do:  Quality in all we do  Doing the right thing  Building relationships for shared success  Adapting to change  Leaving the world better than we found it  New hires will train on day shift until certified, then transition to a rotating monthly schedule that includes one month on day shift, one month on swing shift, and one month on night shift Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:     Operating equipment and technology tools throughout the facility which may include filters, grinders, mixers,etc     Collecting product samples & supervising tank levels, utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary     Manufacturing products to ensure that they meet specifications     Interacting regularly with peers & management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment     Maintain daily shift reports     Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, etc.     Understanding and adhering to all safety policies & procedures     Maintaining a safe & clean work environment     Other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent required Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred Ability to follow policies & procedures Must be proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English for the purpose of record keeping, safety and quality training processes & communicating business related information Demonstrated ability to work in a team & safety environment Some mechanical background including the ability to recognize signs of operational failure Basic computer skills   Position Requirements: New hires will train on day shift until certified, then transition to a rotating shift schedule that includes day, swing, and night shifts Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet & above) Good written & verbal communications skills Strong problem solving & analytical skills Must be self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised Must be willing and able to work rotating shift Overtime will be required both as part of the normal schedule & to provide coverage as needed
