As a Sales Consultant with Wireless Plus, you’ll be helping individuals, families, and businesses stay connected. What You’ll Do
  • Engage customers on the sales floor to uncover their needs, recommend the right wireless solutions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Drive sales performance through product knowledge, active listening, and consultative selling—meeting and exceeding personal and store goals.
  • Promote Verizon products and services, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, home internet, and business plans.
  • Educate customers on technology trends, device setup, trade-in programs, and service features to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a positive, welcoming store environment and uphold Verizon’s brand standards.
  • Maintain accuracy in transactions, inventory, and daily operations while following all company procedures and policies.
