Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) – Arcata Branch

Redwood Capital Bank is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Arcata Branch.

As one of the first people our customers interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while assisting with everyday banking transactions and building lasting relationships. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous banking or cash-handling experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're happy to train someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to serving our customers. Starting Pay: $19.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
