SCHEDULE:  Monday - Friday - 3 PM - 11PM

Position Summary:

Machine Operator II will have various tasks and responsibilities including: 

 

  • Machine setup, tooling changes and changeovers 
  • Machine troubleshooting and problem-solving 
  • Ability to use computers
  • Able to read blueprint or markers
  • Enter program data
  • Responsible for quality
  • Accurate use of complex measurement tools

 

Location Specific Details:

Archbold:

  • 3 Axis CNC – Max N, Shoda 2 & 3, Komo, Northwood
  • Panel Saw, Miters, Flat Press & Planer
  • Bacci, Cemco & Grecon
  • Small parts & Double End
  • Back & Seat Sander

 

Chase City:

  • Able to assemble component parts
  • Willingness to be trained in specialty shop processes and machine usage

 

Stryker:

  • Kilde 1 & 2 Set up and Operate
  • 3-axis CNC
  • Edgebander Operator

 

Position Requirements: 

  • Must be detail-oriented. 
  • Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
  • Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
  • Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision
  • Able to assist in training employees
  • 5-S audits and daily cleaning    
  • Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

 

Experience and Knowledge Required:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred   
  • Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
