The Clinical Manager works to complement an already established Leadership Team; assisting the DON with performance of the nursing staff in the Fairlawn facility.  She/He is responsible for directing and motivating others and developing and implementing resident care services with the highest quality. Must be in good standing with Ohio Board of Nursing. QualificationsMinimum Skill Requirements: Active Ohio RN/LPN license, required; Experience in management or nursing leadership, preferred; Long term care experience, required Proficient computer skills: PCC, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Government agencies, MDS and Medical charting capability; Proven knowledge of nursing best practices and government/ODH requirements for Survey compliance; Must have the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public; Must have highly developed emotional intelligence to manage competing priorities, as well as emergent and difficult situations, and flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances; Ensure a safe environment and culture of caring for residents at the highest level; Represent Fairlawn with understanding the organizational goals and needs of the future.
