An LPN/RN will focus on monitoring health status of resident care plans throughout the Care Center. Assisting our Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and the Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Candidate will assist and lead STNA staff. Ideal candidate should have good assessment skills, the ability to work effectively in a changing environment, be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
