What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:

Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with third-party logistics providers and other key vendors.
Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
Track, analyze, and report logistics and inventory performance metrics, including savings initiatives and process improvements.
Manage inventory tracking and reporting to ensure accurate stock levels and visibility across outsourced and third-party facilities
Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations for replenishment, future order quantities, excess inventory reduction, and obsolescence management.
Develop business cases and recommendations for logistics, inventory, and process improvement initiatives.
Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing costs, improving service levels, and increasing operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, vendor management, inventory management, or a related field.
Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and outsourced logistics operations.
Experience managing supplier relationships and driving vendor performance improvements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP, inventory management, and logistics systems preferred.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Education / Certifications Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
Reading, communication, math.
Working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above
