A down-to-earth, growing lumber provider is seeking skilled Millwrights for their Lead Hand position serving the Kettle Falls/Arden area of Washington state. This Shop Foreman must work alongside and manage a team of close-knit team of professionals in one of the world’s best hunting and fishing spots on the West Coast.

Compensation

$37.00 – $42.00/hour to start.

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm; with Rotations provided to those outside of the area.

Requirements

Manage and guide the team to maintain equipment properly
Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings
Knowledgeable with Lumber machinery, systems and equipment from USNR, Valutec, Söderhamn Eriksson, Linck Holzverarbeitungstechnik, Springer, Veisto, Comact, Microtec, Salem Equipment, Morbark, etc.
Read, Follow and Reference blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
Maintain Switchgear, Transformers, Motors, Generators and Control Systems
Adept with up to 480V, as well as single and three phase systems
Maintain workplace safety standards: adhering to maintenance codes and regulations
Maintain accurate records as well as clear and collaborative communication
