About Good Shepherd Community Clinic, Inc.:
At Good Shepherd Community Clinic, we believe healthcare works best when it is rooted in real relationships. Our journey began with a simple, powerful idea: everyone in our community deserves access to quality, compassionate care—and that idea remains central to who we are today.

Dentist Overview:
As a Dentist at Good Shepherd Community Clinic, you'll join a close-knit dental team providing comprehensive care in a setting where quality and relationships come first. You’ll have the professional autonomy to use your clinical judgment while working alongside an experienced dental provider, giving you the support you need while becoming part of a team that values your perspective, your contribution, and the light you bring to the people around you.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive care: Treat a broad range of dental needs through preventive, restorative, and surgical care, and educate patients on maintaining their oral health.
  • Make thoughtful clinical decisions: Examine patients, diagnose conditions, interpret diagnostic imaging, and develop treatment plans based on what each patient needs.
  • Talk with your patients: Explain what you see, what you recommend, and the options available so you can work together to determine next steps.
  •  Build relationships over time: Get to know your patients, understand their concerns, and create an environment where they feel comfortable speaking openly about their care.
  • Connect patients with additional care: Coordinate referrals and work with other healthcare providers when necessary.
  •  Document the details: Maintain accurate and timely records in the EHR system

What We’re Looking For:
