  • Balance priorities and capacity to keep the team focused on the most important work.

–Drive projects to completion

  • Track projects from kickoff through delivery, proactively identifying risks, clarifying dependencies, and removing roadblocks.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with concise, timely updates on status, risks, and decisions needed.

–Coordinate stakeholders

  • Navigate a cross-functional environment that includes channel owners, product, legal, and leadership.
  • Facilitate alignment on scope, timing, and trade-offs when priorities shift.

–Improve process & ways of working

  • Help refine and document workflows, templates, and checklists for creative intake, reviews, and approvals.
  • Look for opportunities to streamline recurring work and make it easier for teams to do their best work.

–Lead cross-functional programs

  • For key initiatives (e.g., a new product feature or campaign), coordinate the plan across teams and channels, ensuring the right work happens at the right time.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably supporting creative, marketing, or digital teams.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects at once, from intake through delivery, in a cross-functional environment.

  • Proficiency with project/work management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management certification is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to develop and grow as part of a supportive team.
  • Hands-on experience shaping internal culture and communications.
  • A collaborative environment where self-motivation and initiative are encouraged.
