The RTE will also drive effective horizontal and vertical communication across teams and stakeholders to surface dependencies, resolve impediments, and support timely decision-making. In addition, the selected candidate will help develop and execute mitigation plans that keep the ART aligned, focused, and moving forward, while promoting transparency, collaboration, and predictable delivery in support of program goals.
