Main responsibilities:Â

Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service and operational consistencyÂ

Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of Starbucks associatesÂ
-
Maintain a customer‑first environment and respond to service needs and concerns appropriatelyÂ
-
Coordinate daily activities and responsibilities to support smooth workflow and service levelsÂ
-
Maintain calm, consistent operations during high‑volume periodsÂ
-
Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and proceduresÂ
-
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standardsÂ
-
Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storageÂ
-
Support department sales, budgeting, and expense managementÂ
-
Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partnersÂ
-
Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilitiesÂ
