Job description:

United Community Health Center is an expanding Federal Qualified Health Center located in Green Valley, Sahuarita, Arivaca, Amado, Vail, and Three Points providing a medical home for the medically underserved population. Our growing organization empowers staff to make a difference every day in the lives of our patients and is committed to providing quality, cost-effective care for our patients and communities, with respect and dignity, without regard of ability to pay. UCHC serves over 33,000 patients annually at 12 locations providing primary care, internal medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, dental, behavioral health, specialty care, and pharmacy.

Our organization is currently hiring experienced physicians with expertise in primary care In Arivaca, Arizona.

Nestled in the high desert of southern Arivaca, Arizona, the community offers a unique blend of rural charm, cultural richness, and deep-rooted resilience—making it an ideal setting for a mission-driven, experienced Medical Provider.

Arivaca is known for its close-knit, welcoming community where neighbors know and support one another. With a population that reflects a mix of multigenerational families, artists, ranchers, and retirees, the town fosters a culture of inclusivity, independence, and collaboration. Residents take pride in their community, often coming together for local events, volunteer efforts, and initiatives that promote health, wellness, and sustainability.

The area is surrounded by stunning natural beauty, including rolling grasslands, mesquite bosque, and mountain views, offering a peaceful, slower-paced lifestyle. This environment attracts individuals who value meaningful connections, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Healthcare providers in Arivaca play a vital role, often serving as trusted, long-term partners in the well-being of their patients. This creates a rewarding opportunity for a provider seeking to practice full-spectrum care, build lasting relationships, and address a wide range of medical needs.

For an experienced Medical Provider, Arivaca offers more than a job—it provides a chance to become an integral part of a resilient, appreciative community where your expertise is both needed and valued.

The chosen candidates will be responsible for assisting medical professionals in diagnosing physical and mental illnesses, and will work with patients to create a plan of care that best suits their needs.
