Job Summary:

Seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the hospital's financial operations, budgeting, and decision-making processes. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare finance and a desire to contribute to the success of a leading healthcare institution, we encourage you to apply.

What you will do:

  • conduct in-depth financial analysis, including revenue and expense tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain annual budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term financial planning.
  • Generate and distribute financial reports to senior management, department leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost containment and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide recommendations to reduce expenses while maintaining high-quality patient care.
  • Build financial models to support strategic decision-making, such as capital investment analysis and service line
  • Profitability.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities.
  • Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and standards.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree Required
  • Certification: Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFA®) National Board of Surgical Technology Preferred, CPA preferred
  • Experience: 2 years of Financial Analysis Experience, preferably in a healthcare setting required
