Position Highlights:

  • Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Orthopaedic and Spine Institute
  • Setting: Inpatient
  • Location: Arlington Heights
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Hours: Tuesday - Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
  • Rotating Saturdays
  • Required Travel: N/A

What you will need:

  • License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
  • Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
  • Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
  • Experience: Prior APN/PA experience preferred
  • If an APRN- APRN RNFA is required

  • Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
  • Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
  • Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
  • Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
