đ What Youâll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, youâll be the first point of contact for our customersâturning inbound calls into scheduled service appointments while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
- Answer inbound calls and schedule plumbing service appointments
- Use proven call scripts while maintaining a natural, personable tone
- Build rapport with customers and create a positive first impression
- Accurately enter and update customer information in our system
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Support outbound calling efforts to follow up and maximize booking opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance
đŻÂ What Weâre Looking For
- 3+ years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred)
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Strong computer skills (CRM systems, typing, data entry)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to build trust and connect with customers quickly
- Positive, driven attitude in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Team player with a competitive edge and desire to succeed
- Flexibility and adaptability
