We’re seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician II to provide maintenance and repairs of all agency facilities.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Total: 40hrs
What You’ll Do:
- Daily repairs of agency facilities
- Organize and prioritize work orders
- Update and maintain the Facility Management database on the computer
- Maintain and organize the maintenance garage, storage spaces and vehicle
- Painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry and moving agency facilities as needed

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Trade School Certifications
- 18 years or older
- 5 Years’ Experience Required
- Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License
