We are seeking a committed Program Specialist (PS) to ensure the delivery of high‑quality residential services and maintain full compliance with licensing standards and agency requirements. This role serves as a key leadership position within the organization, requiring strong integrity and a thorough understanding of licensing regulations and legislation related to Intellectual Disabilities (ID). The ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a dedication to supporting excellence in care.

Position Details:
Schedule: Days/Hours:  Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Total: FT 40hrs./wk. (Hours and times vary based on program needs)


What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise Residential Managers and conduct meetings.
  • Respond to calls during off hours.
  • Perform Residential Manager or DSP duties as needed and fills shifts when necessary.
  • Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
  • Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
  • Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the ID field.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information. 


Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
  • Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
  • 60 college credits and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • Residential Group Home experience
  • Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities
  • Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid
