💰 Pay & Benefits

$50–$65/hour + performance spiffs
Overtime paid at 1.5x (over 8 hours/day)

🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Residential Plumbing Installer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while creating a great experience for homeowners.

Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water and gas lines
Perform system diagnostics and ensure installations meet local codes and regulations
Clearly explain options to homeowners and help them make informed decisions
Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and team members
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
Participate in the on-call rotation
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site
Attend ongoing training to continue developing your skills

🎯 What We’re Looking For

3+ years of residential plumbing experience
Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Military experience welcomed and encouraged
